Attorney-Mediator Tim Brewer has practiced law since 1985.
During his more than 20 years in practice, Tim has gained experience and understanding in a broad range of legal settings
-- including insurance defense, business litigation, contract and real property, wills, trusts, probate, and estate
planning, nonprofit law, and adoption. He is licensed to practice law in Oregon, Washington, and California, and before
the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of several bar associations, the Oregon Mediation Association, and the Alternative
Dispute Resolution Section of the Lane County Bar Association. Mr. Brewer has completed several formal mediation training
courses and has mediated a wide range of disputes.
Mr. Brewer acts as general counsel to several west coast adoption agencies including Holt International Children’s Services.
He is associated and shares offices with attorney David Atkin and Nonprofit
Support Services.

- Co-developed mediator/mentor program, designed and delivered mentor training curriculum, and served as mediator mentor for Community Mediation Services of Lane County (in Eugene, Oregon).
- Mediation training coach in customer care and communication training program offered by Matrix Associates for Agate Resources, Fall 2004.
- One of three mediators responsible for designing and implementing complex public policy/interest mediation among private homeowners, nonprofit social services agencies, and government entities, in February - June 2005.
- Mediation training coach for University of Oregon School of Law Basic Mediation Training in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007.
